How to Use GDS (Global Distribution System to Book a new Ticket, Postpone a new ticket and etc)
JOB ROLE:
- Expert in handling Inbound calls for US Travel Process
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment with pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Converting Reservation query calls to sales calls.
- Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements
- Have technical experiences and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity, and analysis.
REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Should have minimum 1 year of experience in an International Sales process
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Possess a good attitude - should be committed to work.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: 12th Standard degree (Higher Secondary)
- Should be flexible with night shift timings
